2023 ELECTION:OSHODI-ISOLO PDP SENSITISES YOUTHS ON THE 2023 ELECTION

* Urges youth to participate honestly in the coming election 

People Democratic Party in Oshodi-Isolo Local government has taken politics in Oshodi-Isolo Local Government on a different dimension towards the coming 2023 general elections through a sensitization youth awareness program organized by RMD youth Organization an arm of Hon. Olumuyiwa Owodara campaign Organisation held at the campaign office at odalume street, Ladipo estate on 12th November 2022

Speaking at the seminar tagged " _YOUTH SENSITIZATION IN MODERN POLITICS AND ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN 2023 GENERAL ELECTION"_ the foremost candidate to the house of representatives for Oshodi-Isolo federal  constituency1 enjoined the youths to shun violence and remove the lid on their eyes to allow their brain function properly to be useful for their community and relevant in the twenty-first century politics 

" This is the moment all our youths should think deeply about how they can be good ambassadors for their family and useful to themselves and their community than allowed to be used as political  tools of destruction by some group of political oppressors and contractors to protect their doctorial enclave'

Speaking further he implored them to be vigilant and get their PVC whenever the Independent National Electoral Commission announced its availability and check their names at their polling units when voters eligible to vote in the election are displayed.

He reminded them that those using them to disrupt the election for manipulation for the emergence of their  stogies for election victory always abandoned them after the election but take care of their families and cronies only because they assumed they have been settled for their relevance 

" Dear fellow youths, taking a critical review of Oshodi politics you agreed with me that those using  the youths as thugs and miscreants for election never look unto them once the election is over and never see value in them to participate in governance except their friends and family "

 furthermore,  he warned parents who are always enticed with stipends and two days' meals during the election to think twice and asked themselves what their community and family benefitted from those using the same methods every election to manipulate their way to power. They  should warn and advise their wards against such in the coming election 

He further enumerated  his programs and vision for the constituency which includes yearly football competition  if elected as member House of representatives for the constituency in 2023 and urged them to go back to their respective  houses and wards to preach same to them that this is the time to fix a round peg in a round role during the interactive section 

Director of RMD youths campaign organisation Hon.Arc Akinbiyi Ridwan Akanni advised the youths to use the 2023 general election in Oshodi-Isolo federal constituency1 to change the old narratives of few individuals manipulating election results and should stand against any form of intimidation or harrasment during the election . He assured them of Hon.Olumuyiwa Owodara competence and his good heart to the people which many of them already testified and voting him as our speaking Member House of representative should be our collective efforts and decision .

The program was a huge success as thousands of youth and elderly across the constituency  attended the program and thanked  him for his political  enlightenment which was the first of its kind in the history of Oshodi-Isolo federal constituency1.

Some lucky participants received gifts which were given through a raffle to add glamour to the occasion as everyone keep eulogizing the articulated candidate of people Democratic party for the green chamber 

Leaders of the party that attended the program include Chief Adetunji Adeyemi, Mrs. Adelugba, Hon. Omega, Coach Obilo, Hon.Arc Ridwan Akinbiyi, and other notable leaders of the party in the Local Government
