Dear Good People of Apapa Local Government 

As we approach the forthcoming Lagos State Local Government Elections, I, Hon Adele Owolabi Elijah a.k.a Owoope, humbly seek your support, trust, and mandate to serve Back as the Executive Chairman of Apapa Local Government. My aspiration is driven by a deep passion for service, a commitment to genuine development, and the desire to uplift our communities through open, fair, and accountable leadership.

MY DIRECTION TOWARDS TRANSFORMATION SERVICE........

Is To Ensure a good leadership that listens, understands, and acts with sincerity. A leadership that ensures that government works for the people,by the people, with the people.

*MY VISION* : To restore Apapa to it's pride of place as a commercial and tourist nerve center, where residents can benefit from the influx of tourism and business opportunities from him and abroad.

*MY MISSION* : To work tirelessly towards the total enhancement of the lives of all inhabitants of Apapa Local Government especially the youths and the elderly by creating an enabling environment for people-oriented programme aimed at alleviating the standard of living of the locals ,thereby bringing about the much expected prosperity. We also intend to empower our young people through the provision of basic skills acquisition that in-turn will give them a survival opportunity

I, Adele Owolabi Elijah will be committed to building an inclusive, transparent, and progressive council that provides real solutions to the pressing challenges we face.

I stand for a fair, credible, and people-driven leadership. I urge the good people of Apapa Local Government, our apex leaders, stakeholders, and political decision-makers to support a transparent electoral process that reflects the true will of the people.

This event was marked by an atmosphere of thanksgiving and celebration, as alumni returned to reminisce about their school days and reconnect with old friends. The reunion was made even more accessible as it was streamed live on Zoom by DD Media Insight.  APC LAGOS STATE CHAIRMAN WARNS AHEAD OF LG MEETING  By Babajide Razak Dada Lagos State All Progressive Congress Chairman has cautioned aspirants for 2025 Local Government election not to use the LG meeting of the party which hold on Wednesday ,November 27 in the state as campaign platforms .Cornelius Ojelabi stated this at massive empowerment program in Ikorodu organised by Rep.Babajimi Benson on Monday November 25, 2024.
