 OIG Applauds Oshodi-Isolo Appointments, Charges New Supervisors to Deliver Effective Governance


A socio-cultural organisation, Oshodi Interest Group (OIG), has congratulated the newly appointed Supervisory Councillors in Oshodi-Isolo Local Government.

In a statement issued to journalists, the Convener of the group, Kalejaiye Banjoko, congratulated the appointees and urged them to regard their appointments as a call to public service and an opportunity to contribute to the continued development of the local government.

According to the statement, the appointments should strengthen governance and complement the efforts of the leadership of the council.

Those congratulated include: Hon. Akinyele Smart, Hon. Bolaji Boladale, Idowu Adelana Ishola, Hon. Wasiu Faluade, Hon. Rahman Ayuba, Hon. Taiwo Jimoh, Hon. Tope Adega Alabi, Hon. Saka Tomori, Hon. Lai Opanusi, Hon. Murphy (Lion), and Hon. Abolore Ajanaku.

The Oshodi Interest Group (OIG) extends its congratulations to the reappointed Secretary to the Local Government and the newly appointed Supervisory Councillors in Oshodi-Isolo Local Government.

The group described the appointees as committed party members of the All Progressives Congress in Oshodi-Isolo and expressed confidence in their ability to support the administration in delivering effective governance.

The statement wished the appointees success in their new responsibilities and encouraged them to work in the interest of the people and the progress of the local government.
