 Renewed Hope Ambassadors Strengthen Oshodi-Isolo LG Mobilisation


The Renewed Hope Ambassadors, Oshodi-Isolo Local Government, has strengthened its grassroots mobilisation machinery with the commissioning of its new secretariat and inauguration of ward coordinators.

The secretariat, commissioned on Thursday, September 10, 2026, by the Lagos State Coordinator of the organisation, Tayo Akinmade Ayinde, attracted prominent political leaders, APC stakeholders, traditional rulers and community representatives.

Among those present were GAC members Chief M.A. Taiwo and Cardinal (Dr.) James Odunmbaku, MFR, Deputy State Ambassador Hon. Kola Peregrino, Hon. Akeem Shokunle, Hon. Muyinwa Olabintan, Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya (MC Oluomo), Dr. Ojitiku and other political leaders.

Speaking at the event, Oshodi-Isolo Coordinator, Kayode Tinubu, Esq., expressed appreciation to Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya for providing the secretariat and for his continued support for the organisation.

The newly commissioned facility includes a welfare centre known as the “Iya Alakara Spot,” an auditorium for voters’ education and training, communication and IT offices, and a data-analysis system designed to support grassroots mobilisation and political engagement.The organisation’s free public water project was also commissioned.



Tayo Akimade Ayinde, the Lagos state ambassador of the group while inspecting the facility, commended Kayode Tinubu for what he described as impressive leadership and strategic thinking, noting that the secretariat could serve as an important centre for grassroots coordination.

The inauguration ceremony later held at Sofsunshine Event Centre, Ejigbo, witnessed a large turnout of APC members and supporters, traditional rulers and representatives of Arewa and Ndigbo communities.

Tinubu described Renewed Hope Ambassadors as a national mobilisation movement committed to taking the achievements and programmes of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to the grassroots.


He urged the newly inaugurated ward coordinators to engage the people with facts, discipline and empathy, stressing the need for effective mobilisation ahead of the elections.

The Chairman of Ejigbo LCDA, Aare Taoheed Adebayo Taiwo, advised the coordinators to be civil, intelligent and honest in their engagements, while urging them to be adequately equipped with facts and figures on government achievements.

Also speaking, Musliu Ayinde Akinsanya (MC Oluomo) charged the coordinators to work closely with stakeholders in their respective wards to promote unity and effective mobilisation.


GAC members Chief M.A. Taiwo and Cardinal Odunmbaku also called for greater support for the ward coordinators and urged them to spread the message of the administration’s achievements across their communities.


APC House of Representatives aspirants Hon. Taiwo Aiyedun (Shanana) and Hon. Monsuru Bello (OBE) reaffirmed their support for the initiative and called for coordinated efforts among party members.

Speaking Tayo Akinmade Ayinde, Lagos state ambassador described the ceremony as more than a secretariat commissioning, charged the coordinators to turn the facility into a strategic centre for meetings, planning, intelligence gathering and implementation.

He also urged them to maintain regular contact with the people and relay grassroots feedback to the LG Coordinator for effective political strategy and policy direction.

The event was attended by several Oshodi-Isolo stakeholders, including vice chairmen of Oshodi, Ejigbo and Isolo, TPL Daisi Oso, Dr. Kalejaiye Banjoko, Hon. Muyinwa Olabintan, Lawrence Iyere and other party leaders.
