Hon. Gbolade Sadiq ABOY celebrated his birthday this year with a unique twist, gifting cash and other items to over five hundred individuals. This gesture was a way of expressing gratitude to God and the people for His mercy, favor, and protection over the past year.

The program began early in the morning at his residence with a Muslim cleric who, along with the celebrant and his family members, praised God and sought further favor and protection for him, his family, and the Oshodi Community. 

The cleric prayed for Allah to continue granting President Tinubu the wisdom to steer Nigeria's ship to safe harbor and guide the nation out of its current economic predicament.

The empowerment program followed immediately, featuring a well-structured arrangement that brought smiles to everyone present. A host of Oshodi political bigwigs were also in attendance. 

Hon. Olabintan Olumuyiwa, Hon.Femi Ayodele, and several friends of the celebrant eulogized Hon. Gbolade's virtues, highlighting his political journey as a man of high principle and integrity. They prayed that Allah grant him many more years to serve God and humanity. They also encouraged attendees to embrace the renewed hope agenda of the president, assuring them that like the planting of a seed, Nigerians would soon reap the benefits of the ongoing federal government policies aimed at addressing the nation's economic challenges.

In his vote of thanks, Hon. Aboy expressed gratitude to everyone who came to celebrate with him. He extended his appreciation to his family members, political leaders, political and business associates, and those behind the scenes who made the event a reality, wishing them a safe journey back to their respective locations.

Despite the short notice given to the invitees, Aboy's birthday celebration transformed into a carnival of core Oshodi politicians, signifying people's appreciation and recognition.
